Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre

BITEC is well regarded for its worldclass MICE facilities and services. In 2007, it received the Global Operations Award from UFI, the global association of the exhibitions industry. It was also voted one of the top five exhibition and convention centres by CEI magazine, Asia Pacific in 2006.

BITEC has been assessed and awarded the MICE Security Management System (TIS 22300- 2551) accreditation, which is the standard security management of conferences, seminars and exhibitions, set and certified by the Management System Certification Institute (Thailand).

The Fi Asia team has arranged special rates with selected hotels in Bangkok.  Download our hotel reservation form and choose the accommodations that best meet your needs. Please complete the form and send back to the hotel of your choice. The contact details are provided on the form.

If you need an entry clearance (VISA) to enter Thailand,  please complete your details in the request form and send back to Rachadaporn.k@ubm.com. You will then receive an official ‘invitation letter’ by email, which you can print and take to your nearest Thai consulate.

Keep in mind that it might take some time for your embassy to process your application.  We advise you to apply for a VISA no later than one month before the exhibition. Click here to check whether you need a Visa to enter Thailand.
